Emerging Leaders Program
We’re excited to offer this new program, facilitated by Greg Coker, as we recognize the importance of shaping the future workforce. The SCAA and its Board of Directors are committed to supporting our member companies by providing opportunities to develop their rising leaders.
All applications will be evaluated on their merit alone using the following criteria:
- Diversity (Job, Role, Associate/Producer Member)
Tenure (Length of Current Job/Role)
Leadership Experience (within current company and outside of industry)
Association Participation
2 References (Reference Form)

Your Investment:

The tuition for the 2025 -2026 SCAA Emerging Leaders Program is $3500 per individual.

The investment covers the cost at each class location (food, beverages and setup), any outside speakers, transportation for the group at each location, all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) etc.

The tuition does not include lodging and/or transportation to/from program sessions. Room blocks will be provided for local hotels.
- Once the class has been identified, SCAA will work with each participant on billing for tuition.
Each Session will Include Development on Greg’s 4 Pillars:
1. Networking
2. Industry Appreciation/Awareness
3. Geographic Appreciation/Awareness
4. Leadership Development
Timeline:
September 29th – October 1st: First class kicks off.
Location: Greenville SC
December 1st 2025:
1-Day meeting with first Emerging Leaders Class and wrap up the first class with the participants attending the opening reception for the SCAA Annual Workshop and Exhibit at the Columbia Convention Center followed by an emerging leaders group dinner to be arranged by SCAA.
2026
February 25th – 27th: Location TBD Coastal
April 29th – May 1st: Location TBD Midlands
July 26th -29th, 2026: Capstone presentation and graduation at SCAA Summer Meeting during the business meeting held on July 27th.
