One of the things that makes the SCAA Mid-Year Meeting so special is the opportunity to build relationships outside the meeting room. Whether on the golf course or the pickleball court, Wednesday morning offered attendees another chance to connect, compete, and enjoy the incredible surroundings of Barnsley Resort.

Golfers kicked off the day at the beautiful Barnsley Jim Fazio Golf Course, where breathtaking views of the Georgia mountains provided the backdrop for the Mid-Year Golf Tournament. The picturesque setting, paired with friendly competition and great conversation, made for a memorable morning on the course.

For those looking for a different kind of competition, the Pickleball Clinic and Tournament offered something for everyone. Whether participants were picking up a paddle for the first time or already seasoned players, the clinic welcomed all skill levels and created a fun, encouraging atmosphere both on and off the court. It was another opportunity for members to meet someone new, enjoy a little friendly competition, and experience one of the many recreational activities that make the Mid-Year Meeting unique.

These events are about much more than scores and trophies. They create opportunities for members to strengthen existing relationships, build new ones, and enjoy time together in a relaxed setting. It’s these shared experiences that continue to make the SCAA Mid-Year Meeting one of the most anticipated events of the year.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make the morning another memorable part of the 2026 Mid-Year Meeting.
